Mini Meatballs

2 lb Ground Beef
4 Eggs
2 cups Cracker or Bread Crumbs
3/4 cup minced Onions
salt & pepper

Mix with hands and form into 3/4 inch balls.
Bake at 350˚ for 20 minutes or until nicely browned.

3 cups tomato sauce
1/2 cup apple cider vinegar
1/2 cup brown sugar
Salt and Pepper to taste
1 teaspoon Dry Mustard
1 teaspoon Liquid Smoke
1 clove Garlic

Simmer until thickened.
Add cooked meatballs and simmer until serve.
Place in a a crock pot for a party or buffet.
