Organic Honey Crisp & Red Endive Salad w/ Gorgonzola, Candied Walnuts, Organic Mixed Greens, Artisanal Pancetta & Apple Walnut Vinaigrette

Apple Walnut Vinaigrette:

4 ea oranges- zest & juice
2 each lemons- zest & juice
1 teaspoon chili flakes
1 teaspoon dijon mustard
3 tablespoons Apple Cider Vinegar
3 tablespoons Toshi walnut liquor
1 ½ cup olive oil
½ cup walnut oil
salt & pepper
